With a Coordinator present, you can count on someone to handle the logistics, emotions, last minute mishaps, and professionals creating your day. Depending on the amount of guidance, planning, and organization you need for your event, there’s a package for you all nicely wrapped in Twine.

Month of Coordination is for the savvy couple that would like to handle most of the planning, but would enjoy preferred vendor referrals, on-going advice, and helpful planning documents. Coordinator will fully step in one to two months prior to event date. Partial Planning is for the busy couple, whom would like design assistance and additional coordination services (personal concierge for your to-do lists and supplementary meetings). Celebrating with more than one event or would like Twine to coordinate all the details from I will to I do, a custom Full Service Planning Package can be created to fit your needs and festivities.

With all Twine packages, loose ends will be tied, a rehearsal and final walk-through will be conducted, a minute-by-minute timeline will be produced, and set-up, styling, and wrap up of decor items will be handled.
